CareChoice celebrates our 18th anniversary this week and I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. It is because of clients like you that we’ve been able to achieve so much over these years.
When we first started, our goal was simple: to provide high-quality care when and where you need it. Today, as I reflect on everything we’ve accomplished, I can say we now have a proud history or delivering this and more. Over my 10 years involvement with the organisation, it has been wonderful to see the business evolve into a leading provider of complex care in Victoria. I am filled with pride, not only for the expertise we’ve gained but, more importantly, for the client stories of success we have been privileged to witness.
Over the past 18 years, we’ve seen countless transformations—whether it’s through enhancing daily living, clients achieving key goals and milestones, or simply the important bonds made between client and their trusted support staff. Your commitment and partnership with us have been key to our success, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to support you.
We have invested heavily in ensuring the supports and customer service we deliver to clients is of the highest standards. We are pleased that this has been validated by our positive customer satisfaction surveys, regular client feedback, our CareChoice Homes of Excellence program and our external audits where we achieved zero non-conformances, virtually unheard of across the sector.
