DHHS Funding

As a DHHS approved disability service provider, we have delivered supports under a range of DHHS funded packages, including:

Our experience includes supporting Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) clients funded by the state-wide STR program.  As a slow stream community rehabilitation program for people aged 5 – 64 with a catastrophic ABI, we can deliver complex support services and work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary allied health teams.

TAC and Worksafe Insurance – giving the care you need

CareChoice is an approved provider of services for victims of car and work-related accidents.

If you have had an accident we can provide attendant care, post-acute care, daily support and complex daily support care. We also specialise in managing complex programs, particularly 24-hour care.

Where required, we can also deliver clinical nursing coordination and nursing services.

Moving from interstate?

If you are relocating from interstate under a different accident compensation scheme, we can liaise with your allocated representative to ensure you are supported when you arrive in Victoria. Our experience includes having worked with Victorian-based WorkSafe insurance agents.
